THIS is a Tomahawk. Prominent jet nacelle, wider body, and much bigger wings, meant for actual flying for long distances following terrain. They typically hit targets at a 5-20 degree angle, not a steep vertical dive.



The thing claimed to be a tomahawk from the Minab footage has a narrower body, does not have any jet nacelle, and only has stubby little winglets for minor trajectory corrections, it came in via a very steep dive, and the plume from it is more like a rocket than a jet.

Your "experts" need to do more research because they got a LOT wrong.
