Did anyone get invite only email from Arlington?

Failing to receive an offer by this now makes a future offer less likely

There might be one or two spots left for each team.

I guess there is no special invite from Arlington.

We know from a current family that boys did an invite only session. According to them, most existing boys got offers but not all- yet. ECNL RL have not gotten offers.

On the website: Registered players who are not current Arlington Soccer members will receive an email with additional details—including field location and required attire—48 hours prior to each session.

Does that mean the March 2nd ID Session is not open to all players trying out? Very confusing. I don't want to take my ds if we get turned around

Just show up and tell your kid to dominate on the field

Email from Arlington:

If you have not been invited directly by our coaching staff to attend additional training sessions, it means that we don't think our academy environment is the right fit at this time.

We encourage you to attend ID Sessions for our Regional League teams where players continue to receive high-level coaching, competitive play and a pathway for future promotion within the club:

It’s like someone from the club is reading here and realized they needed to send out clarification lol. Who are they possibly looking for that would come out on March 2 that wasn’t already at one of their several ID sessions?

How long has it been since tryouts? How long do they typically take to tell current players? And external?

If you are at Arlington and have not gotten an ECNL offer then you better have a back up plan. Can go to RL or get to a GA tryout.

this if TDs and coaches haven’t reached out it’s probably a bad sign

yes. No offer to put down deposit in playmetrics means its time to get back on the hunt
