I thought it was interesting that Obama chose to speak there back in April. I have no idea why he chose Hamilton. Maybe someone raised this on the prior 15 pages of this thread.
My view is if Hamiton is good enough for Obama, it’s good enough. |

I respect Swarthmore, but personally would choose Hamilton over Swarthmore, partly for Hamilton's broader curriculum in fields of interest to me, partly for its athletic facilities and partly for its less conventional location. |

I am alum. I had a great experience there and made many wonderful life long friends. Several of my classmates married people they met there.
College is so expensive these days. I am not sure I would do it unless there was generous financial aid, but that's my opinion. I am laughing that Hamilton has now reached DCUM hate level along with Middlebury. |
