Yup, it’s all just 1 big coincidence that is unfortunately consistent with how this coach acts when talented swimmers leave his club.

Then why did he, pray tell, especially since it seems like more than one person thinks its a totally viable reason

have you thought about just asking him? I'm a parent, I did. what you call viable reasons, I call assumptions

He was totally going to tell you his childish reason for leaving 😂

NCAP coaches discourage doing HS and summer swim. They don’t like their swimmers being a team, because they like having full control over the swimmers.

100000%. Sorry to say, they are such A-holes about it. Can't let their swimmers have any fun. All for the glory of NCap and pocketbook of Ugast (we say that as NCap survivors)
Is this site specific? Our NVSL team has a bunch of NCAP swimmers as assistant coaches.

seems like it's TOLL's turn to be raked through the coals. Can we keep tabs on who's had their turn so far? (in a thread about MCSL division placements)

NCAP, ASA, Potomac pool, I assume RMSC somewhere. Who's turn is next? Should we go after Sea Devils...

I will definitely give you credit for that, but I would not believe him for a second. He has a history of not handling swimmers departing his club well, there was no way he was going to be able to coach a couple of them this summer after they left TOLL.

All of them are in HS and you know HS kids do a lot of different things other than summer swim during holiday season.

???Almost all the older kids on our summer team are NCAP.

What did he say? Please tell us, Oh Oracle of Truth

Back to the purpose of this thread. Can we discuss how insanely close B division is next year? Six teams separated by 3 projected wins and only 600 projected points? That's going to be a war!

NCAP swimmers are not encouraged to skip summer and HS season. It’s just made up BS. They are literally all over the Metros and other Big meet results. You can look them up.

Are there going to be isolated examples of kids deciding not to swim Summer? Sure.

But it’s a BS narrative that NCAP is shaming kids for HS swim.

+1 to the bolded

Start a separate thread about TOLL/CCRA.

We moved down a division but I think we’ll have a good group of teams next year. No one super far from the other, we know at least a few of the teams and they’re very nice, etc.
