Back in the 80s and 90s he’d go to the Met, Carnegie Hall, the musical productions on Broadway. It’s been written about. Just read the society pages from back then. |
Yeah. You’re missing my point. And you’ve obviously not read much history. |
Can Trump please get rid of Shear Madness? It’s embarrassing that this stale, cringey show is still going on. |
He’ll replace it with Steel Magnolias and Aspects of Love. |
Kind of cringe that you know Trump’s favorite musicals. |
And even more cringe that they are Cats and Phantom! So he went to musicals 30-40 years ago? What has he done since then—and while in public office—to advance the arts? That person is stuck in the past, but I guess that’s why the concept of a “Golden Era” appeals to Trumpsters. |
There are a lot of Trump fan clubs out there and they have all the info on his likes and dislikes. All it takes is a web search. Therefore it’s not too hard to see what programming changes are on the horizon. Less Wagner, but more power classical music in the vein of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, etc. More Andrew Lloyd Webber, less Lin Manuel Miranda. There won’t be any Kid Rock. No one, not even the Trumps, like his horrifying rap rock music.
There will be some decoration changes, like U.S. flags in the soon-to-be-renamed Hall of Nations. Menu changes for the Terrace Restaurant. Things like that. |
![]() That one will get a keyword flag from DOGE |
You losers are so full of HITLER. |
We can all presume the rainbow flood lights at Christmas will revert back to red and green. |
And you MAGA are completely ignoring the felon’s blind worship of Hitler, Orban, and Stalin. |
I’m glad Trump will have something to run now that Elon is President. We need to keep Trump feeling like he’s doing something. |
Picture books of Trump would be ok though. |
This! it's actually frightening that they don't see the signs and some MAGA see it but are pretending not to. |
Hopefully Elon will have his sharpies and paper sent over. |
