None of these principals are managed well when the directors keep getting shuffled around

Why do you say that? Haven't had many interactions with her so don't have a strong opinion, but since her appointment as interim I attended one meeting that she monopolized talking about herself. She also ignored an email I sent to the school. What is good about her?
