Uh, Janeese says we can’t arrest teenagers, even 17 year olds, regardless of what they do, even shooting someone, because that will “traumatize” them.

MPD made the arrest. Pretty sure I can hold my breath longer than the shooter will spend in custody.

+1 she doesn’t even acknowledge when a crime happens. At least Todd used to send emails about it. Although she will probably spend the whole day sending emails about all the shooting and car jacking.
