well, tbf, FLOTUS is national, whereas this woman is running for a little district state rep where no one but Virginians might care.

I don't even like the Trumps so I'm not sure why I'm taking issue with comparing Gibson with Melania. In fact, have at it. This is certainly less embarrassing for the US than Melania was.

yes, that's the point. If Rs weren't embarrassed about Melania, then why should Dems be embarrassed by this woman? Considering Dems put those billboards of Melania up, I don't think you should be too worried about minors seeing them. If they were that bad, would a patriotic Dem really have plastered them everywhere for children to see? Actually, don't answer that.

I don’t think it’s either illegal or immoral. But I think the kind of person who does this almost always has a compulsive need for thrill seeking that causes them to deliberately take dumb risks. She clearly isn’t doing it for the cash—she’s doing it because she likes to break social rules and live on the edge. So I don’t think she’s fit for office. I’m a pretty progressive Dem.
