+1 Every dang day, with kids in the car.

Will they live? Clutch your pearls harder.

+1. I watched a maybe 16 yr old whip out a giant bag of pot and roll a joint for his friend while we were waiting at a light to cross a busy intersection. There was a cop stopped at the light about 5 feet away. Cops absolutely do not care about pot and everyone knows it.

And they shouldn't.

Probably not a coincidence that the vast majority of arrests for violent crimes are also in wards 7 and 8.

Why? Because you think they're all "high on weed?"

Exactly, even when it was illegal it was a waste of time and resources.

The cops in Washington have never ever given a shit about pot. It was just a charge they tacked on when they were already arresting someone for something far more serious.

does the leaf blower smell?

Yes, of course. Not to mention the chemicals, fine particles of heavy metals and allergens that they disturb and blow around for everyone to breathe.

Weed is legal throughout the DMV. We did it guys. We keep getting wins. Pot hating neighbors can just call their lawyer!

NP. I am a pot smoker. This is actually very funny, and I'm glad the upset pot hater won. I admit, I like seeing stoners get mad when their childlike carelessness gets put in its place.

This substance does reek, before and after burning. The smell, even before smoked, can get in everything. The secondhand smoke/vapor exposure isn't good for anybody.
