| Perhaps some former employees are willing to testify against Omar/Amr with hopes of saving their own asses…common sense says that Bobbie had to have had an inkling of what was going…either directly or indirectly…and the other person who could write checks (Michelle I believe). Seems to me anyone who was involved, even tangentially, should have sniffed out something fishy given what appears to have been such a massive scheme!…while no one opened their mouths then perhaps they’re willing to ‘do the right thing’ now. |

| Sounds like Omar was squandering money before the inception of Grip…5500$ monthly residential rent with reported yearly income of like mid 20000$. I ain’t not financial wizard but something doesn’t seem right…then factor in the cars and other toys, the office rent for Group and other expenses ($100k monthly payroll) etc…seems like a big ole Ponzi scheme…or money coming from ‘other unknown sources’ |

| my favorite comment was from one of the lawyers where they were saying why did Amr keep taking on new clients when Optimum hadnt completed any of the previous projects they already had. so yeah 100% ponzi scheme. |

Don't believe you are one of the 37 as the level of support has been unbelievable between those impacted. The support is available to anyone impacted, this support has been extended to the trustee, many of us will support the DOJ attorney at her request for details, and any of the state criminal cases or individual civil lawsuits can count on support. The truly ironic thing is that we all owe a thank you to Omar for bringing us together. The bankruptcy filing not only brought us together, it clearly identified us all which allowed us to join together and support each other. I don't know who was advising Omar, but wow, what a devastating error in judgement. Anyone impacted by Omar has support whether a customer, vendor, subcontractor, or even employee not part of what happened has a community that is there for support. |

You know there's a whole fb support group right? Also alot of us communicate via messenger, cell, etc. So unless your one of the 37 your opinion is just an opinion but go on and keep being on the side of the guy that abandoned at least 37 projects and have 7 felony cases.... |

| In another ironic day. Grip www.gripinc.com announces that Euro Germantown www.eurogermantownmercedes.com as a special guest at their next event on the same day that Mercedes Financial Services files paper work to reclaim the 2019 AMG GTR purchased by Optimum Construction in Dec 2018 for $181,555.74 on a 72 month loan at 8.9% from Euro Germantown. Appears he has been behind with payments owing $11,410.76. All the customers, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and landlords should feel good that he was able to make a $3,300 payment on Feb 9, a week before submission of the Optimum Construction filing and weeks after notifying customers of the intent to file for bankruptcy. …all information comes from publicly available documents and information … for information only no intent to harm …nothing to see here |

All of the bankruptcy documents are available via https://ecf.mdb.uscourts.gov/ You will need a pacer account to access – use the link to create an account. There are fees for downloading documents but they are not significant – just be aware of what you are doing and clicking on if concerned about costs. Click on query to look up the bankruptcy case. The Optimum Construction case# is 0:23-bk-11027. Amr Elrahimy’s case# is: 0:23-bk-11097. As far as what is next. The 341 meetings have occurred. I do not think there will be any more meetings as no one needs to hear Omar invoke the 5th. If there is an additional 341 meeting scheduled it will be listed in the case information. Otherwise, the trustee has hired a law firm, presumably to start handling actions to find money, take and sell assets. The DOJ lawyer is looking into what happened before, leading up to the bankruptcy and what has been filed and stated during the 341 meetings. DOJ lawyer has a lot to look at as so many things don’t make sense and the explanations offered during the 341 only made it worse (IMO). When you go through hours of questioning and invoke the 5th on many questions and the answers you did provide make little to no sense, you basically waived a flag to DOJ saying look at me! The seven felony theft cases are state cases and not listed in the link above. |
