PR war doesn't make any sense because all the PR has painted the Beckhams in a bad light. Why would the Beckhams push negative PR about themselves? |
+1 million!! |
Why? He's known only as their son. He has zero accomplishments of his own. He comes across badly here. |
Yes, obviously an issue for shallow, spoiled, uber wealthy brats accustomed to having everything handed to them and getting their own way. Worse than toddlers, they're stomping their feet and crying, "Unfair, mommy!" Pathetic behavior. |
So what if he has zero accomplishments? |
No it hasn't. There have been plenty of stories that put Nicola and Brooklyn in bad light. Do you really think Victoria isn't playing the PR game? |
Uh because it makes him look like an incredibly whiny loser? Went from Mummy's house to his wife's house. Always needing some woman to take care of him. This prodigal son will return when his wife gets bored of him. |

I guess Victoria owns the trademark to "Brooklyn Beckham" (and all her kids), and it was due to expire. It doesn't sound quite so nefarious,
"Brand and Culture expert Nick Ede added: 'Situations like this are far more common than people realise in high-profile families but they’re usually handled privately, not in the public eye or as explosively as this one 'The Beckham brand has always been both a family and a business. When a name becomes a global commercial asset, legal protections and trademarks are often put in place early on to safeguard future opportunities and avoid third-party exploitation. Where this becomes emotionally charged is timing and perception. If a conversation around contracts or trademarks happens during a deeply personal moment like a wedding, it can understandably feel overwhelming or misinterpreted particularly if different advisers are giving different interpretations. 'What may be intended as protection can feel like pressure when trust and communication break down which this certainly feels like it is. 'It’s also important to stress that trademark ownership doesn’t equal control over someone’s life or identity it’s about commercial usage in specific categories. These arrangements are usually designed to future-proof the family rather than restrict individual freedom." |

Just going to send this. That's wrong on her part. He's 26 now and she doesn't need to be owner of it anymore |
The press about this estrangement for the last year + has mostly been from the Beckhams. All the articles overwhelmingly paint the Beckhams as innocent and that they have an evil DIL. |
|
I am curious to hear the real story about "signing over his name to his parents." I wonder if it was some sort of ultimatum on their part or just a business suggestion put forth by agents/lawyers and not presented well by V&D to Brooklyn.
BTW, V&D, you can have my name for $5 million. A bargain! |
Requesting that he sign his name away means that the parents didn’t have ownership of his name and wanted it. |
Seems to be a bit of truth in it if even in his own defense Brooklyn is complaining about wedding problems. How many men are still holding wedding grudges about dances and dresses years later? |
You’ve missed a lot of articles if you think most articles have been negative toward Posh and Becks. |
