He was in NJ. Not there. Story about him flushing documents is false. |
I don’t know what he did. And I can’t stand him. But these jerkoffs have tried every stunt to scuttle him that it has become hard to tell what is legit versus political. I had a sliver of hope Trump would not run but now it seems certain he will and send the country into more turmoil. But you do you rooting for your heros to one up dipshit Trump. |
This was when he was president you f**king idiot. God why do I even bother talking to you idiots. |
You're babbling. No one has tried to scuttle him. At all. |
No, dumba$$, it did happen. Not today. No one is talking about today. We are talking about when he did it AS PRESIDENT: https://www.cnn.com/2022/08/08/politics/trump-white-house-notes-toilet-photos-cnntv/index.html |
Steele Dossier, Mueller Report, calling for his impeachment the day he was inaugurated, Russian Collusion? Yes, those were all such worthy expenditures of government time and money. |
Trump tried to have Democrats and their families prosecuted. He begged DOJ to go after them. He tried to coerce Ukraine. There was nothing to investigate or prosecute. Trump is and was a corrupt criminal who should have been removed by impeachment. This is not Biden prosecuting Trump. This is Trump’s corrupt criminal network finally collapsing. |
Who exactly are you blaming for a decision that will ultimately be up to Trump? |
Eh, if Democrats have done something wrong, then raid them. I'm tired of Republicans getting away with all this illegal crap. |
Part of his election platform was promising his supporters he would send Hillary Clinton to jail The Trump-controlled IRS started obviously politically-motivated audits of McCabe and Comey The Trump-initiated Durham probe resulted in the politically-motivated prosecution of Michael Sussman, that ended up with Sussman being acquitted on all charges. |
You know the saying, “it’s not the crime, it’s the cover-up” that will get you? The “how” and the “why” behind highly classified documents ending up at Mar-a-Lago and then not being handed over to the National Archives upon notification that the Presidential Records Act was being violated may be part of an effort to cover up other crimes.
There’s a reason why Trump did highly unusual things like tearing up documents and then throwing them on the floor or burning them or flushing them down the toilet. There’s a reason why he met privately with Putin and there’s no official account of what was said. There was a reason for Jared trying to set up back channels for off-the-record communication with foreign leaders during the transition. There’s a poster here who thinks the failure to retain records — including highly sensitive classified documents — in accordance with the law is not a real crime, just a “crime,” and that it’s setting a horrible precedent to enforce the law. I’d like to hear that poster’s innocent explanation for why the documents could not be recovered without an FBI raid. |
