I am surprised Peacock cafe is still here. I bought a lot of fresh juice from them 20 years ago.

You can do a search and add ca 1992 or something similar. You can also search guidebooks, tourist maps, and articles from local publications focused on shopping. Internet Archive might turn up something.

was it Hot Spot, Otherz Brothers, CrunchZone, Alrightville, or Taste?

Never got into dunce caps (knew many who did tho, lol) but feathered belts is really taking me back.
