yep. Every single person who went to a protest and then started to riot and destroy things is a dumbass. You turn an area into what looks like a war zone, things are going to happen. IMO, the blood is on the mayors hands. Should have shut that sht down the second people started to riot. |
Why do we want to encourage teenaged yahoos who don't even understand the guns they are carrying to go throw themselves into the middle of a riot, though. |
I agree. And it’s the media’s fault too for reporting fake crap that got those idiots to riot in the first place. They know how dumb their target audience is, and how they like to riot when they don’t like stuff, so the media needs to be a lot more careful about reporting the truth. Hope someone can sue them for all of this. Especially since now they’re publishing lies again and we’re expecting even more riots. |
There needs to be a reckoning with the media. When you broadcast a constant stream of false worries about a police killing and suppress the truth then you are ultimately to blame for the sh*tstorm you’ve created. And all to get more views and clicks. Disgraceful. |
So the defendant and the lawyers have to sit in the courtroom all day, every day until a verdict is announced? |
The police that were there that night encouraged him and thanked him! |
I don't think so. I think the normal practice is for the court to call the various lawyers when the jury reports that they have a verdict. The lawyers and their clients are then given a little time to get to the courthouse. |
Ah, the "uppity social justice warriors got what they deserved" defense. |
So you are the judge in a case that includes lots of video evidence and you don’t brush up on the law before the trial? He’s incompetent. |
The prosecution is blaming Fox News and the defense for not having iPhones. Clowns |
Yeah. That's a problem too my friend. I don't take that as a sign this was a good idea. I take that as a sign to be skeptical of police. |
Dismiss all charges with prejudice.
Sanction the prosecution. Notify the Bar Association of the conduct and have them disbarred. |
+1. They're beyond dirty. |
The defense is incompetent if they didn't realize until yesterday that their copy of the drone video was not clear. They should've asked for it in a different form instead accepting a transfer from one phone to another. |
Side note - anyone remember Making A Murderer (Steven Avery)? Took place in WI and there was so much prosecutorial mis-conduct. The whole state needs a judicial shake up. |
