Lives in Ward 4. Doesn't love local school, so is desperate to get into one of the nearby charters. Milo plays soccer. Your family is from Wisconsin, but you wish and wish to be from somewhere else more exotic. Your husband is from Virginia, but at least he was cool with giving your kids "unique and foreign sounding names". You want to send your kids to an immersion school, hence the focus on soccer. However both Milo and Eliane prefer American food and visiting grandma back in Green Bay to your 10 day trip to Tulum. Your MIL drives you up the wall "forgetting" that it is Eliane not Elaine. |

You forgot to add in Ted, the name of your van. He's become another one of the family. All he does is bring Maddie, Jack, and Sam back and forth to practice- soccer, volleyball, and softball/Little League. Andrew is more sensitive, musical, and refuses to go by Andy or play sports. Your husband tried to toughen him up, but he is stronger than he looks. So he goes to drama classes and jazz camp instead of his ultra sporty siblings. You and your husband actually met at GMU while playing ultimate frisbee, so you found this hard to take a first. But now it's just another spot for Ted to go pickup and drop off. You work from home officially, but really spend most of your day in your van, Ted. You joke with your husband that Ted is your real husband, but that stopped being funny years ago since your husband really does spend all his time at work. It's okay, you love your life anyway, and you always have Ted. |
