Jolie's passive-aggressive digs at Pitt are absurd. She hopes he will "eventually want peace for the family too." Which apparently translates to he should never see the kids and should let her sale of half of Miraval to a hostile party stand. Basically making it clear her actions are punitive based on his lawsuits against her re: custody and Miraval.

One interesting tidbit. The NDAs apparently could result in unsealing lots of info about their personal business. If he wants this to happen, could be revealing.

Repeated nonsense. That's not even an interesting tidbit since it's exactly what her lawyer said.

But if Pitt wants it, doesn't that suggest there will be plenty of info about her alienation efforts?

In April, Pitt filed a motion requesting Jolie produce years worth of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), according to a legal filing obtained by CNN. The court granted Pitt’s motion in May and set a deadline for Jolie to submit the NDAs by mid-July, according to the order, obtained by CNN.

These NDAs have become the center of the Miraval case, which in itself has felt like “an extension of their divorce,” according to Jacobi-Parisi, who clarified that the Miraval case and the divorce are technically separate court actions.

Jacobi-Parisi added: “Under the Miraval court action, [the NDAs] can then bring up and dredge up all of the information that was probably sealed in their divorce.”

Her lawyer said it would open doors for them to call NDA's about the plane and abuse. He was right as many people have said it was going to backfire.

She’s not requesting NDAs. She’s requesting his communications with law enforcement agencies regarding her allegations and his communications with his friends/lawyers/business partners regarding her allegations. If you read her motion, she is asking for a lot of intrusive information. It’s basically a fishing expedition for her obsession with the plane incident that she can’t move on from, like how she filed her FOIA lawsuit requesting information.

She hasn't filed a motion to compel for the NDA's yet. Her compel was filed before his. He took the bait.

It's still heavily retracted and the other information about it will came out now. Including what the now adult kids said. Brad doesn't want things from the divorce to be unsealed. That's why his lawyers have said it's only a business dispute and family stuff/abuse shouldn't spill over. Expect this was never just a business dispute. It was always going to happen and the case, while different, is still an extension of the divorce as the lawyer also said in this article.

Will be interesting since her story has evolved quite a bit. First story he lunged at a kid, new story he choked one and hit another in the face. If he’s telling the truth, which I suspect, this will help him overall. Even if the kids’ testimony about his drunkenness and anger is out there.

She thought from the beginning he would roll over and give her anything she wanted rather than be publicly embarrassed. When that didn’t happen, sure enough she punished him whenever she lost a legal motion. Drip, drip, drip of embarrassing info plus the chateau shares sale. He’s got nothing left to lose at this point, should go scorched earth. And highly likely he can prove her sale was about the custody ruling not the NDA.

If she has receipts on him physically abusing her and the kids, he absolutely has more to lose. That said, he must have some nutso info on her too, because she is insane.

It's been 8 years and already investigated. She has no receipts. Obviously.

She obviously does or he wouldn't care if the papers were unsealed.

First, she leaked the information about him having a physical altercation with Maddox. Her story has evolved over the years. Now he choked another kid and abused her and abused her before the plane incident. She is probably making up the details in relation to whatever legal wins he has.

And the kids testimony of him hitting them? It's not going to help him and everyone around him knows it. The judge tried to warn them, her lawyer flat out said this was going to happen, and even Jon Liebman from Brillstein tried settling all the cases but he never answered the counter offer.

Also i think it's hilarious that someone's POV on here has changed from "she's dragging family/the abuse into a business case!!" because of the CNN article. What happened in their marriage/custody trial was always going to be relevant

She’s already released the information about the so-called abuse. She’s not going to change anyone’s opinion by releasing more information to the public. She’s embarrassing at this point. She is rehashing details of incidents from 8+ years ago that she can’t move on from rather than address the merits of her sale that she completed behind his back. Brad woke up one day to read a press release that he had a new business partner. She didn’t even consult him. She’s so nasty and the ironic thing about her is that she acts as if she is the victim in every situation.
