Political Discussion
This is such a tired argument. Hamas is a terrorist organization. They do not receive support from the global community or the USG. Israel wants support from both. They have lost the support of the global Community— every single European ally, the Australians, everyone has started demanding a ceasefire. The U.S. hasn’t but the polling says the American public has stopped supporting Israel’s continued bombing. So blame whoever you want, but the optics are Israel’s problem and Hamas’ asset. |
Ok I’m going to need a citation for these 8,000 uncounted “Hamas fighters”. The 700 captured is reported by the BBC. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-67809242 |
Then don't tell us that Israel should agree to a ceasefire or that the U.S. should somehow make this a "fair fight". |
DP. Israel is creating the next generation of Palestinian terrorists. Any surviving Palestinian is going to hate Israel even more after this current battle is over. |
|
For those who wish to see targeted IDF strikes of Hamas leaders, I’ll put this here. Yes, yes it is true. Palestinian media reported on the Rafah area strike a couple of days ago.
Jerusalem Post: “An Israeli fighter jet successfully assassinated Hamas leader Hassan Atrash, the IDF and Shin Bet announced on Saturday. The assassination took place in the Rafah area in southern Gaza. Atrash was responsible for the trade, production, and equipping of the military arm of Hamas. He also took part in the smuggling of weapons from various countries into the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.” |
That would be Next Next Level Hate then. |
This is such hyperbole and dishonesty. Of course, I suspect you know this, as do many Hamas supporters do. But you figure if you say it enough, people will believe it … and given the level of ignorance on the Middle East, Israel-Palestinian history, and virulent anti-semitism at the root of so much of the critique of Israel (though not all), people do, in fact, start to believe it. Still makes you a complete and total dreck peddler. |
And the thousands of other American supplied bombs that are killing civilians? |
Jerusalem Post, Times of Israel, etc., etc. |
| If only Israel were capturing Hamas leaders but they are randomly killing innocent Palestinians. Israel must be made to account for its war crimes and if that involves an international coalition rounding up and trying Netanyahu and the IDF officials responsible for mass murder by whatever means necessary so much the better. Some of these cold-blooded killers deserve no less. |
Oh, the “look what you made us do” defense for the next, next gen of terrorists. Funny how that rationale doesn’t flip on behalf of Jews or Israelis after the way they’ve been treated by Arabs or the rest of the world, for that matter. |
I don’t think his writ extended to that. Not sure what you are trying to say. |
Yikes. Chill. |
You as passionate about serving up justice to Hamas and its fighters? Its leaders? It’s supporters and bank rollers? |
Israel has killed 1% of all Gazans (since post 10/7, Israelis loved companies the numbers to 9/11 to justify themselves- that’s equivalent 3.5 million deaths in the US). Is calling that a war crime an exaggeration? Maybe the US shouldn’t Israel shouldn’t support Israel as a theocracy. Maybe 1 person, 1 vote or no more US aid needs to be the policy |
