Well there goes 99.5's morning listenership and ratings. The station is definitely gonna tank now lol TKS brought in the majority of the station's listenership anyways. We should get another local morning show after YMS gets the shaft. Ryan Seacrest at 10am is so boring. The station comes in with Ryan's pre-recorded "you're listening to Hot 99.5" teaser every 10 minutes or so. I switch it off usually (unless I need the background noise at the office)

That’s who I listen to. He covers local news and sports as well as current events, etc. The 3 hosts live in the dc metro area and are raising kids. All 3 are seemingly happily married.

Elliot is good at interviewing. He routinely has on comics performing locally as well as authors. It’s usually pretty interesting.

And no fake bits.

Suuuuure it did. TKS went through a lot of different co-hosts and majority of the listeners stayed. If you honestly think those listeners are going to migrate to Elliot now, you're extremely delusional. They had all this time to do so and didn't. Because most people don't care for him.

Um dp with no connection to either show but I listened to Elliott before I listened to kane, whenever I was bored with kane and then post divorce gate went back to Elliott. It's a good show and he started 6 years before kane did on 99.5, has basically had the same group the whole time with minimal drama (I think flounder left with some drama but that's it) and will be on when he's gone. Seems like the clear winner to me.
