I love seeing my dot on this map! I donated yesterday for the first time ever. I haven't been this excited about a race in 15 years, and I'm following up with my local dems this afternoon to see if I can/should host a fundraiser! Love and millions of thanks to Joe for putting the country first and setting a new course in motion with a rejuvenated energy!

If the Dems hope to have a chance, their candidate should in no way be aligned with the far left.

The country wants secure borders, equal opportunity (not equal outcome), etc. It’s not going to be enough for Biden to simply be out of the race—the country does not want far left policies.

You didn't hear, age is no longer an issue in this campaign. Now we're on to adultery.

The country doesn’t want abortion bans. Ask 57% of Ohio voters who approved a constitutional amendment protecting abortion access.

Republican presidency= national abortion ban. It’s not complicated.

The only precedent we have here is LBJ announcing he would not run for a second term, which he did with a televised speech. In 2024, we get a tweet and then radio silence. Would anyone be surprised if they were keeping up the pretense of the campaign to humor an angry old man?

I'm not a huge fan of Biden, but I can understand why he hasn't gone on television or interviews right now.

He's a proud man. He did what the party asked of him. He stepped down. He's focusing on doing his job and doesn't want to talk about the whys and whats of him stepping down.

I have respect for him for doing this. It must've been really really hard for him to step down. Can you imagine Trump ever doing such a thing for the good of the party and the country. Never.

Again, I have never been a huge fan of Biden, but my respect for him has gone up a bit after this. Kudos to him for his sacrifice.

he also still has COVID and likely would sound raspy on TV.

I contacted in 2020. Hadn’t considered donating again until last night. Now to find the best avenue to do so.

Most voters are not going to make their decision based only on abortion access. The country does not want far left policies.

Women’s rights are not “far-left policies” except to the American Taliban.

Who else is suddenly really pumped for November? I can't remember the last time Democrats were this excited! Probably 2008.
