Devin O'Connor This is my favorite personality trait of Danni...she doesn't take things as an insult and run. She hears, analyzes and accepts whatever she can from anyone's opinion, whether it matches her own or not. Always ready to embrace constructive criticism (something that I still struggle with) and she comes out so much stronger.

You're trully a role model, Danni. I am absolutely delighted that you have overcome so much in so little time and still continue to SLAY. Love you girl!!

If she continues to get "stronger" she'll be able to bench press a bus.

Keep in mind, I do not specifically remember this story at the time, but pretty sure Danni was around when this happened. Tony insulted a potential contestant on American Idol who was African American.

Unedited quote:
"This morning (12/20/07), B96 morning show host Tone E. Fly called the beautiful and smart singer Paris Bennett a ‘dumb bitch’. This is inappropriate, degrading, humiliating, demeaning and debasing. Our children listen to this station. They (B96) thrive off the African-American made music and artists. We must demand a end to this behavior.”

Just catching up on the last few days. I can't believe she truly thinks Tony Fly is awesome based on this story above. Maybe there is more to the story, but someone posted the question to her about this, and I think she never bothered to answer it.

Yesterday while shopping at Safeway, a woman got down on baby's level and told her she needed to have a paci party to get rid of her pacifier. I didn't say anything at the time, because I did t have time to digest it. Now, though, I'm a little taken aback that someone would think that was appropriate. Just weird.

******

Maybe Danni would have been more comfortable if the other lady asked her directly if her child had special needs, then describe the situation to others and called her evil. Just a thought.

You sound just as ridiculous as Danni. The special needs situation and this are not related other than a child being involved. Reach reach reach. Just like Danni is reaching by being offended that someone probably harmlessly (so they thought) struck up conversation and brought up the pacifier. Big freaking deal.

Danni is an idiot.

Danni... Sigh. She's always had a very entitled view of parenting. Not related to the pacifier thing but I remember when she threw a fit on social media when she wanted to go to a nice brunch place that wouldn't allow babies. Her point was that HER baby should be allowed in, because she was sleeping. I remember thinking seriously? Rules are rules. If you have an infant and you want to go to a nice-ish place (aka not IHOP) call ahead and be sure they can accommodate you. The rules aren't in place for everyone except Danni.

ok that was rude of a stranger to do that. Totally uncalled for, you don't tell people how to raise their children. or in this case try to tell the child. I hate to agree with Danni but that was weird.

Now imagine how pissed she would be if that woman referred to her child as a demon

I don't disagree that it was wrong of the woman to comment on Danni's kid's pacifier. The point is that she can dish it out but she can't take it. No reaching here - simply opinion and commentary.

Ok, I misread that. Was thinking she overheard a woman talking to her (the woman's) own child, but Danni meant someone said this to one of Danni's children?? That is pretty rude!

It's easy to misread, and I still not sure if she was talking about her own child or someone else's? The writing doesn't make sense..."Yesterday while shopping at Safeway, a woman got down on baby's level and told her she needed to have a paci party to get rid of her pacifier."

Did she mean to say "my baby's"?

Did she mean to say "a baby's"?

She probably wrote it that way so if someone gets on her case, she can come back at them like "actually I was talking about MY baby" or something of that nature

She calls her little one "baby."
