I need some new ideas. Thank you.

Monday - pizza made from trader joes pizza dough, sauce and cheese. With leftover meat and some veggies from this weekend (we have this almost every Monday)

Tuesday - egg, ham and cheese quiche with salad and/veggies, baked rolls

Wednesday - baked cod with steamed veggies and noodles

Thursday - baked chicken, sweet potato and steamed veggies

Baking is easiest for me. I find I can prep everything in advance and get things in the oven in no time. It also allows me to take care of other things while it's baking.

Are quiches hard? I have never made one, can you direct me to a good recipe on a website?
