What do you think happened to the baby?

I don't know, but something about this story just doesn't add up.

Mom was drunk. Had to get drunk in order to do away with poor Lisa. This will come out eventually. It always does. So sad.

And that's why we never drink when we're in charge of our children.

She clearly hurt her child and now she's scared.

Mom did it, definitely. I called it before the lie detector results were made public. The fact is, random abduction is VERY rare, its usually family.

The whole "found diapers in an abandoned building" is probably just coincidence.

Maybe baby Lisa was smothered because they fell asleep together & mom was drunk.

Maybe mom passed out & baby Lisa got ahold of mom's booze, drank it then died of alcohol poisoning.

Maybe the baby drowned in the toilet while mom passed out.

So many things can go wrong while drunk & watching a baby.

Mom is at her breaking point though, so we'll know fairly soon what happened.

My guess is she got drunk and hurt the baby accidentally. Then she freaked out and tried to cover it up.

Read this in another article:

Bradley says police asked her if she killed Lisa, who was 10 months old when she disappeared Oct. 4. She says she doesn't "think alcohol changes a person enough to do something like that."

Who is the mother trying to convince?

I think the odds of someone coming in to their house and taking the baby out of the crib is slim to none.

ok, while I think in this case, there is more to the story than "I just had a drink," I think it is a leap to say that you can never have a drink when your kid is home with you. I'm not talking a case of beer or a box of wine - one glass of wine does NOT turn you into a monster who would kill your kid if you aren't an alcoholic. A drink or even two does not change MOST people - obviously, you shouldn't get behind the wheel with your kids after you've had a drink, but I think trying to get all high and mighty about "never drink if your kids are home with you" is a bit goofy.

Ask any law enforcement officer....it's almost always a parent in these types of situations. She may not have intentionally killed her child. She was admittedly drunk. However, she knows a lot more than she is sharing.

I hope I'm wrong and they find that baby.

The bigger question is: Who the hell names their baby Lisa anymore?

Um, no one is arguing that.

Is this supposed to be funny? A baby is missing and probably dead.

Another drunk parent making excuses for themselves. What a shame!

Sorry hit submit too soon...

Save your alcohol for when you don't have an incapable under your watch. This is very sad and irresponsible!
