Okay, I think I have figured out one of the main reasons

Yes, this exactly!!!!! The more Brandon hate posts I see, the more I just naturally want to defend him bc I don’t think true “Brandon haters” would be on this thread. It’s fishy. And it’s human nature to not want to be manipulated. |

She also apparently cannot stand like a normal human being anymore. She has to cross and uncross her legs, put her hands on her hip, etc. (Body checking while on video). |

I'm a true Brandon hater, but I don't care for Jen at this point either. What's to love about a cheating, junkie husband. Give me a break, he made his own bed (but slept in others). He and Jen are still two peas in a pod, even with the divorce. |

Her smugness is like…fully immersive and like her whole personality at this point. There’s no hint of self-reflection or anything else going on in there. It’s only a matter of time for a huge crash.
In my opinion… People’s narcissism starts to escalate like this (especially online) when they’re afraid of being found out - hiding something bad or being deceptive and trying to convince themselves and others there’re really a good person and consequently start overdoing their image. Or not dealing with severe pain and reality because they can’t deal with So they almost become relentless in upping the persona and what they want to be seen as. Jen is the latter I think…and both types of narcissism tend to embellish their circumstances and achievements and say everything is the absolute best. |

I have four kids, a mix of college and high school like Jen. I am also divorced.
All this to say, it would be deeply weird for me to take a month of from my kids and extended family for a month. A little bit here and there, for sure, even maybe a week alone to recharge. But a whole month? |

Brandon is a huge douchebag in the midst of the world's worst mid-life crises. No argument there.
But since his fall he's been pretty quiet and non grifty, unlike his ex. He also hasn't thrown any shade at his ex and implied or hinted at any of her faults and failures, which is pretty honorable, unlike Jen, who's strongly hinted at what a monster her ex husband is. And he seems to be really happy with a new love who loves and respects him, faults and all. And a job that allows him to sell and market pretty Texas land and real estate. Good for Brandon, I say. Be yourself, love yourself, and stay away from the grifty life. It's toxic and soulless, as I'm sure you know. |

I have this vulnerability to people like Jen. I love their enthusiasm and quickness to encourage others. Never met a highly gifted narcissist I didn’t like at first. So when I watch her video I’m kind of caught in her spell, thinking how her excitement is contagious, it’s all kind of cute and fun. But then there’s this reconnect with reality that she’s getting these me camps by selling her myth to a hungry audience. She’ll be posting glorious photos like a travelogue for her readers. All to show how yet again her life is fabulous, she’s winning. Crazy thing is I genuinely want her to have a good life and find contentment. Just not by pulling the heart strings and fleecing of her community.
I’d actually be happy if she found a financially solvent man who is not in the influencer world who embraced her flamboyant personality and whisked away on neat trips that weren’t marketed to build her hype. Everything she does feels like she’s trying to prove something. It has to be exhausting to be ever craving the next hit of approval. |

I don’t ever even turn the sound up on her videos. Just her over the top expressions and eye popping and playing with her hair and happy squirming as I know she’s saying hey guess what brilliant thing I can hardly wait to tell you that you’re going to think is so soooo cool and exciting can you even believe this!!!!! - that alone is too much for me. I can’t even watch it more than a few seconds without thinking, man is she stuck at being 14?
The few times in past that I did turn the sound on was like the above only 100 times multiplied. |
