No because they bought the house a few years ago. It was in both of their names and now it's this trust.

That last episode settled it for me - I can’t stand Wendy. Talk about projection! Yelling at Ashley because Ashley brought her baby?? Ok, we get it, you feel guilty because you left your baby at home, but that’s not Ashley’s problem. And then Wendy doubling down by insisting she didn’t owe Ashley an apology and that she should be addressed as “Dr. Wendy”?!! Hysterical.

Monique’s damn bird gives me the creeps! Why on earth did she bring it? And potty training it? OMG.

Karen and her pathetic party to “bring back Ray” - yes, clearly what Ray desperately wanted was another hideously tacky party. God, Karen is so clueless.

So what’s the deal with those two. Ray doesn’t love her anymore and wants out of the marriage? They were weird last season with Karen supposedly knowing nothing about Ray’s financial shadiness.

Wendy's hairline is worse than Theresa Giudice's and that is saying a lot. I think she scared the poor bird. Seeing slights where there are none is part of Wendy's culture.

Ashley made it out of the house, clear was battling PPD. I can understand why Monique offered her to bring the baby. Whereas Wendy made such a big deal out of 'it's my third- whatever' at the last dinner, how could Monique have known to offer?

Candiace is just so unlikeable. I want her to break the cycle and not be like her mother. What did everyone think of the CRAZY passive aggressive nose job comment Gizelle made? So rude, even if she thought it was true. Where would she be getting that as 'common knowledge'... are people saying that? Candiace has a normal/black nose so that struck me as odd, especially coming from someone who looks like Gizelle. Candiace's mother has a different nose- was that her 'before' nose? Makes me wonder if her passive-aggressive mother shared that with Gizelle.

Robyn- becoming less likeable as Juan becomes more likeable. Doesn't bring much to the table.

Monique... I have a feeling the fight that happens won't have her on the 'right' side... but I kinda like her! I dig that she is training that bird so well.

I like the bird too, it also makes Monique more likeable. And she clearly adores the bird. It's sweet.

There's a lot of things about Chris and Candiace that are unsettling. I don't get why she's attracted to him. If Candiace didn't contour and highlight so much her nose wouldn't look weird. I'd also like someone to explain to me how 3 women were willing to have babies with him. He obviously has some charm that is eluding me.

Karen and Ray: I don't think he wants a divorce, he just wants to be left alone and for Karen to do her thing while leaving him in peace. Karen wants a romantic relationship and for him to dote and woo her -- basically her love tank is empty! Ray has zero interest in playing Casanova.

I am disappointed in BRAVOTV and Andy Cohen for casting Wendy. She was incredibly rude toward Ashley and kept stating she was a new mother, when in fact she had a new baby. I understand her baby was a preemie but it was completely out of line for her to verbally attack Ashley for something Ashley did not do. Wendy also failed to apologize for aggressively going after Ashley unmerited. Furthermore, the ridiculous comment that Ashley should address her as “Dr. Wendy” [in an intimate setting] is uncouth and common.

Bravo if you happen to stumble upon this RHOP thread, please consider bringing back Charisse (from season 1) or cast someone else who is actually Potomac connected and not living in Carroll County.
