Without having read the entire thread, Pentagon parking lot is full because everyone is driving to avoid covid. All normal parking rules are suspended. Thus, the parking lot is full. All the time.

No, they haven’t been vaccinated. Many people are working in offices without the vaccine. Alot of work at the pentagon is classified and difficult to do at home.

We will receive vaccines when the rest of the population does. Civilians have no priority. Military will probably get sooner. A lot work from home, but a lot don't. Lots of leadership is encouraging in office presence. There are fewer parking spaces than there are people in the building every day, even during covid - by several thousand.

I'm not saying there isn't something going on. I wouldn't know. But, I do know that no one should read into the parking lot right now.
