Tax breaks have nothing to do with it. Ferry is using their property and should pay for it.


But they did. They paid the prior owner for the condemnation of land to use as a ferry landing. The issue is that it was so long ago that the records of that weren’t good.

A natural place for a bridge is through the Trump golf course. Can't we all agree it would be great to condemn that property for a bridge?

It’s not though. There isn’t room for a highway. Cascades and Lowe’s island are developed with houses.

but they stopped paying, altered the site with out permission which was against the lease agreement and continued to use it with out paying for it. the sit was never condemned or taken away from the property owners.

good job for the land owners to stand up for themselves and now bow down to public pressure.

how long would you let someone squat on your property before you did something.

i read it as that there are people living on the the land that white ferry owns or the people who run the store are being told "time to leave"
