I am not a man, but why would he care if she is hair free if she is always turning him down?

I feel like this is like asking if women would prefer a kind and compassionate man who spends all of his time at work, volunteering, and out with friends, or a man who loses his temper and gets distracted sometimes, but is always running home to be with you and really legitimately wants to take care of and understand her.
