Who is footing the bill for all those procedures to keep premature babies "viable?" And then the care that is almost always present after they make it out of the hospital? And by care I mean the financial support and emotional care these babies need? I know several kids who were born VERY prematurely, some have lifelong disabilities and for the one or two that do not, that first year of life was no walk in the park.
