Oh yes, let's please criticize a business for wanting to maximize profits. If you are a NL parent, bring it up with the owners or find greener pastures. If you are trolling, then you must be a little worried about the up and coming stature of NL. But they did have problems last year with coaches having conflicts and other responsibilities. I understand ML and a few others had the same problem with HOCO and substitute coaches not having gone through the certification process resulting in forfeits or behind the fence coaching. From what I can tell this year, there was a major reshuffle of coaches and their roles on the teams. Practices and coaches have received much higher praise in their organization and staffing levels. |
| How has the transition been merging with the PG team? How are the next level A & B teams doing? |
Others may have a different perspective, but the programs still feel pretty separate at this point and seems like the change from PG will be more gradual rather than any immediate impacts. In terms of how teams are doing, it's hard to tell based on fall-ball. I feel like everyone looks good this time of year in a vacuum, but the more interesting fall tournaments have yet to take place (and even then the fall tournaments doesn't necessarily correlate with success in the spring/summer since players are missing for other sports, etc.). I would say anecdotally the program "feels" like it is on the upswing, is drawing better players, and the practices seem better this year. But how that we translate in terms of wins and losses remains to be seen. |
| Thanks, that is helpful. Our son may try out next year, so I will be following. He’s newer to lacrosse, so he would be trying for B team |

| Anyone know about Next Level girls teams and how they compare to other teams in MoCo (BLC, MC), VA (Stars, Pride) and HoCo (M&D, Hero's)? |
| Not in thr galaxy as Stars, M&D, Heros, etc |
| Any NL recruits for 2020? |
Seen them post about 3: Michigan, Georgetown and Lehigh. Not sure if there are more. |
Not bad. Where do they post? |
facebook. search next level spartans because next level shows a club in michigan |
Found it. Impressive. Mitchell, if you are reading this, update your website to show college commits. Your competition does. Now that your guys are racking up such great commits, you need to market this. |
| Dave, Boh or Colin must read DCUM. LOL. Within 30 minutes of the prior post about marketing, NL families received a blast email with the current bulletin highlighting the college commits. Good job, dudes. We're all rooting for y'all. Good guys can finish first! |
