I am guessing that his part of the case is wrapped up and further, that he is a witness to some of the obstruction charges against the President, Vice President and Attorney general.

And this weekend all players are under surveillance to see who is extra skittish as they try to flush more out. No one knows if 1 or many will be picked up. There are probably quite a few nerve wracked players around DC stressing out this weekend.
