I won't disagree. It is bizarre and icky. And confusing for all involved. But I've never been in their shoes and I won't condemn no matter how uncomfortable it is.

If Hallie and Hunter's behavior seem seedy, it is who they are and it's not because of Beau's death.

I think it is lovely that two people have found happiness with each other. Hunter's marriage was already over. I am glad that he is a support for his brother's widow.

In many cultures the BIL will marry the widow of his brother to provide support to the entire family. I have no objections to this. I think Hunter is taking care of his and his brother's family.

His ex-wife did not want him so there is no loss there.

I know someone who named her daughter after her living sister. They are very close, just like Beau & Hunter appeared to be.

Also, Hunter was Beau's deceased mother's maiden name so I'm guessing that was a big part of why he named his son that.

Widows are allowed to love after their husband's death. I am sure that these two people leaned on each other due to their mutual grief and found love. Good for them. He is her BIL, not her brother.

OP, how old are you? There is a difference between an affair and falling in love when you are single or widowed.
