Yes, and now Obama will use the tax dollars of the responsible people who met their financial obligations to bail out those same idiots.

Yes. it just kept getting better, year before year!

So what did Bush use for the AIG bailout -- dollars made out of air?

PP here. I agree, that was also a dumb move. Both parties are wasting our money and borrowing against our future.

Jimmy Carter 30 years later.

What's an "emporor"?

And is 6 months really enough time to evaluate the success of a presidency? Please, turn off Fox and back away from the TV.

The only thing thta changes with an election is who is wearing the rose-colored glasses and who is wearing the sh*t-colored ones.

Well then I guess Fox has some real infulence, since his approval ratings have now sunk under 50%. He sucks.

Very dis-appointed at the economic moves.

You only need to watch the stock market, the best leading indicator, to know where the economy is going.

So now that the stock market has been going up, do you approve?

Not the PP but let's get the DOW back to 9000 and we can talk!

So, are you ready to talk? All of you who said the stock market is the best leading indicator of where the economy is going should be on the Obama bandwagon now, right?

Can I get some "amens" from the right side of the congregation?

Correct me if I'm wrong: His personal approval has fallen below 60%, but is still well above 50%. Support for the health plan is probably what you are referring to, since that is now below 50%; however, that support remains higher than opposition, so there is still a plurality behind even this aspect.

I predict we will soon hear Fox News crowing that it was the tax cut policies President Bush and the Republican Congress of 2005-06 (?) that deserve the credit for this economic turnaround. Somehow they will claim that Bill Clinton's actions 1992-2000 were responsible for the financial crisis of the past few years, and the Republicans have saved us. I wouldn't be surprised if they're saying this already. "Heads I win, tails you lose."

Please remove the foot out of your mouth you just inserted.

FOX news polls has his approval at 54%.

Rasmussen has him at 49%. Rasmussen had the most accurate polling leading up the the election.

You might try to veer off Huff Po for awhile and find some balanced and intelligent editorial at Real Clear Politics.

Yeah, but Rasmussen polls say 54% of Americans think Bush is primarily at fault for the economic crisis. Now the shoe's on the other foot... er, mouth.

Obama just seems so undergrad... "ban nukes!"..."the cops are the problem!"... just seems like he should be having ardent conversations in a coffee shop somewhere. Not so presidential....

This would be a great point had Obama ever said either of those two things. Since he didn't your post just seems so sophomoric.
