4 more years of Vance it is. |
Yes it’s certainly possible that 50.1% of voters who show up in 2028 will be radicalized or sympathetic with those who have. We certainly saw that in 2024 and 2020. There’s not a lot to be done about decades of low education attainment and the rise of social media rotting peoples minds and infusing society with lies and propaganda. |
I love that the equivalent for men dating “subservient low educated woman” is a woman dating a “hotter, more educated higher income man” Like you literally admit you’re buying sex and subservience from low educated women as a flex? Is this a joke? I’ll also say, I don’t know any women complaining about these men. If they’re such a LBH, it’s likely the local women didn’t want him anyway. Instead of working on being a better person and partner, they go buy sex where it’s cheap. They don’t even have enough money to pay American sex worker prices 😂 |
Where does this nonsense come from? Seriously anyone who spends any time with other humans can see with their own eyes woman do in fact date and marry men well under 6 ft. My husband is below average height, never bothered me at all. One of my good friends is 5 ft 7 and her husband is shorter than her. They are happily married. The only way you can spout this nonsense is if you actively lie to yourself. The $ half is not as obvious unless you know people well but clearly there are men earning less than $100k who are happy in relationships. These kinds of lies are stopping you from taking a look at yourself and figuring out the real reason women don’t want to date you. If you want to be single great, you go for it! But don’t act like you had no choice when it is so incredibly obvious that many men are in fact doing just fine with the same attributes you have. |
+1 Men who go to Colombia and Thailand to hire prostitutes are NOT men that anyone wants. |
These are just internet talking points from the chronically online. Nothing to do with what actually happens in the real world. Same as "high value men don't care about your brains or accomplishments they just want a pretty and nice waitress." My social circle is full of high earning men and every single one of them married a peer from college, grad school, or professional networks. |
| So is the answer to “where have all the men gone” Colombia and Thailand to buy cheap sex? Have we solved it? |
I think this is true, but there is an angry old hen on here compulsively complaining about sex tourists, which is totally irrelevant to the article. A lot of what is going on regarding dating is honestly more about cultural changes than blaming women or men, IMO. |
That’s rich…wasn’t it the right calling the left snowflakes? Now that these young men are the snowflakes it’s condescension? BTW…young men have always been Republican voters. Reagan won 61% of the 18-30 make vote in 1984 (and a majority in 1980)…vs Trump won 54% in 2024. Trump actually won a larger share at 58% in 2016 than he won in 2024. |
| This article and thread is ridiculous. It's not rocket science. Society (meaning women and teachers) spent the last twenty years telling boys they're toxic masculinity is killing America and they need to sit down, shut up and let the women lead. That's why men are not stand up any longer, at least some of them, and I do not blame them for one moment. My DS will not even open a door for a woman any longer that is not a relative, society has taught him that, women have taught him that, he did not learn that from his family. |
Blaming society for your son being a POS is rich. You know these lessons start at home, you clearly could have course corrected if you tried or wanted to. |
Course corrected to do what? Not leave women alone? You sound remedial. |
Wait so not opening a door for a woman equates to pos? What? |
This is insanity. Are you really distressed that your son doesn’t hold the door for people anymore (which is weird, by the way, every person in my family both male and female holds the door for others) and this makes you think men are being told that women are in charge now? I have a son who is a great guy and a husband who is a wonderful role model to him. Even still there are moments where I feel like they really just don’t get it. My husband once was describing how it was a shame he doesn’t want to didn’t want to be in certain situations because he was afraid of being accused of inappropriateness and I was like “you realize women don’t want to be in that same situation because they are afraid of being raped and murdered, right?” And no he hadn’t thought of that. He just thought it was sad some one might accuse him of something. That’s the kind of ignorance that leads to men feeling like victims when women are still facing actual abuse and violence at much higher rates. |
What does this mean? |
