Metropolitan DC Local Politics
That statement is deeply ironic, given the current state of our media. |
Same. It’s depressing. My parents were old school “union democrats”, and this isn’t their party. Or mine. |
And anyone who is against that is a weirdo. You sound like a weirdo. Stay far away from children. |
Funny how when you drill down on the issues, these “concerned Democrats” end up pushing RWNJ talking points. |
| LOL. So heavily pruned. |
And yet it’s always some maga preacher that is the one diddling children. Your projection is noted. |
Painting people who appreciate families as "right wing nut jobs" instead of welcoming them into the Democratic party is part of the problem. It's not right wing to think the Obamas had a great family dynamic. Like it or not, the entire presidential family is in the public eye, and I'd like to be able to point to the first lady and the first kids as role models for my own kids (unlike the current presidential family). Allowing the Republicans to co-opt entire sets of values, like family or patriotism, does a disservice to Democrats. |
+1 These people are just whack jobs. Imagine using a normal intact family as a pejorative. |
Well, certainly Dems don't think girls who were impregnated by a rapist should be forced to have the rapist's baby. That would be the MAGA crowd. They seem to want to force girls/women to have babies because they are afraid of being replaced by immigrants. |
Yup. Keep pushing those FaMiLy VaLuEs. We know exactly what you mean. 👍 |
Clearly you don't know what I mean... |
I think the Democrats way to victory is chastising everyone who thinks Obama was a great president and that him and his wonderful, WHOLESOME, lovely family made America look good as somehow MAGA. Actually, people who have an issue with statements like these are why we ended up with Trump! |
Again, pushing the fAmILy VaLuEs. Very RWNJ of you. |
NP Is something wrong with your caps lock? |
It's just how gays type. |
