Duke is overrated and is more like T30. There is really no comparison to MIT, which is in a different league. MIT is about as good as it gets.

There is no way MIT is worth $320k more than Duke. Which is the situation here.

For some, it certainly would be worth that amount, as they've calculated the value of the instruction, peers, reputation, research opportunities, and overall quality. For others, a different view.
