There’s one thing that would have prevented all of this. Don’t sneak over the border illegally in the first place. That was a decision HE made, and if HE would have made a better decision, none of this happens.
You missed the part about due process. Not surprising.

You missed the part where’s there is no need for due process if you do not commit a crime

Oh, you precious dumb dumb …

Due process is the essential framework utilized to determine whether you actually committed a crime.

Without the protections afforded through due process, you would be incarcerated for having molested all those young children over the years. Who needs due process, an untested accusation is proof enough, right?

See how that works, (moron)?

He admits sneaking across the border illegally. That is a crime. If he never did that, no need to deport. Why are you defending someone that could have simply stayed in his own country? If he would have, he would not be in this situation.

When you point it out, the speaker starts throwing their poo chips 🤣

Yup, selective empathy. 100%

When the news story is writing about abortion rights.... it's a "fetus".

When the news story is writing about immigrant rights.... it's an "unborn child".

I’m not defending him.

I’m defending the rule of law. And it’s shocking that you don’t understand that it’s not about defending him at all.

You just don’t get it.

There some stories about what happens to liberal families when a crime against children happens in their once-safe neighborhood. Sadly there was a recent sexual assault near a baseball field in 2025, in this same lovely neighborhood. They love the police now, and are suspect of house less now, who many not be what they initially thought (“troubled but good”). Read the article:

Gang members gang rape women as intimation. I am sorry some people are mistakenly caught up in the police raids.

I am happy gangs don’t get to assault young women here and are finally in prison. Why aren’t we applauding this?

What rule of law are you referring to?

It's all pretty clear to me in this paragraph. You don't get a hearing.

Auto correct “initiation.” Girls and women are targeted by gang members, and this is widely documented.

We can’t be against sex trafficking, pro “sex workers” and then
against rape but gentle on gang members.

While you debate about one man’s due process, a lot of people are getting hurt when gangs and drug trafficking are allowed to thrive. It’s a matter of scale in my eyes

He literally had a withholding of removal to El Salvador. And we literally removed him to El Salvador.

That's really bad. The DOJ lawyer knows how bad that is, even if you think it's no biggie.

That has been reported, but is it actually true? The immigration judge's decision three times refers to Guatemala and not El Salvador.
The minute order has not been presented, if it exists.

What's pretty clear is you didn't read the entire first sentence and stopped at the word "or".

“The law” isn't only the codified text that has been put on the books by legislators, right? You know this, right?

Unless you’re wearing a black robe and interpreting the law, keep your day job. And if you are, god help us all.

Sneaking across the border to find work and feed your family does not warrant being disappeared to a Salvadoran concentration camp.

You mean the laws he had zero respect for? He broke the law, now wants legal protections.

Will you admit if he never left his country he wouldn’t be in this position?
