CNBC host stunned from a panel of Michigan voters

The genocide in Gaza and Lebanon was their key issue. They felt marganlized and demunized by Biden adminstration.

Many of the panelists said they will vote for Jill Stein. Her support is bigger than polls indicate.

The ONLY swing state where the muslim vote might matter is Michigan. Despite this, Harris will win Michigan by at least 50,000 votes.

Doubt he'll be much worse than Holocaust Harris. At least Trump has opposed Netanyahu before

Do you know how you know it isn't a "war"? Because Israelis can't fight for sh*t on the ground against armed resistance and that's why they shoot children from the air. That's why a 62yo man with a blown off arm had to be taken down by a drone, because they ran out of there to call the drone. They're currently running like cowards out of Lebanon because they can't fight on the ground. I'm sure the NYT IDF stenographers won't tell you about that, but it happened and they've got more casualties than they're admitting. Israel is prepared to once again drag the willing wh*res of the US govt into hell by sending troops to die for Israel. Aaron Bushnell knew. When in the hell are you people going to wake up to the fact that Israel's reputation as this "gutsy little fighter" was always media-created BS? Golda Meir was an ugly lying troll who claimed Palestinians didn't exist as she literally lived in the stolen home of a Palestinian family. It's mostly a military harassing old people and sexually-harassing young women at checkpoints in the West Bank/Hebron. I know this firsthand.

And you expect us to give a sh*t about anything else? This country is a racist s-hole, so it deserves one leading it.
If women are allowed to be "one issue" voters on abortion, then why in the hell should any of us reward the scum massacring the Palestinian babies who have had no chance at a life? Trump won't be "worse" for that, he'll just be open about it. He doesn't pretend to have morality. Dems are simply evil a-holes who think that because they don't outright sound like Trump, that they aren't like him. You support a genocide, there is no point in putting a bloody bow on your candidate.

And I should add I'm not voting for either. Jill Stein for me.

No words left— it is truly monstrous.

People in the US who are basing their vote on what is happening thousands of miles away are pretty stupid.

Wow. This might be the dumbest thing I've ever read on DCUM.

Biden-Harris are actively looking for a cease fire and a two-state solution. They are also trying to get aid into Gaza.

Trump supports Netanyahu's push to simply eradicate the Palestinians in Gaza all together (finish the job) and we also know Jared owns the rights to develop new beachfront property in Gaza.

If Biden and Harris have not been able to arrange a ceasefire in a year, they are either incompetent or they are not really trying. As a result, either by design or incompetence, they are allowing Netanyahu to simply eradicate the Palestinians (have you been paying attention to the current expulsion of all Palestinians from northern Gaza?) and, if not Jared, someone else will soon be developing Gaza's beach front property.

Jeff, have you missed all of the admission that Trump has been interfering in this?

The fact that Netanyahu was willing to sink Biden's, and by extension Harris', political future has been obvious from day one. The fact that Biden and Harris have not acted accordingly is sheer incompetence and suggests that they may not be all that upset about what is happening.

If you have read any of my blog posts about the Middle East situation, you will know that I firmly believe that Netanyahu has personal motivations to continue the war infinitely. If I am correct, Netanyahu doesn't need Trump's encouragement. He would be acting the same regardless. The failure is by Biden and Harris is agreeing to pursue Netanyahu's interests instead of their own.

We agree on everything but....what exactly could Biden do differently to bring a cease fire if Netanyahu was never going to agree to one? and particularly when Trump is providing promises and a ballast to the global pressure Netanyahu was/is otherwise facing?

Biden leads the government of the most powerful country in the world. I refuse to believe that he is powerless against the leader of a country that is completely beholden to us. Ask yourself what Trump would do if he wanted a ceasefire? Would he also be powerless? Biden could have just stopped weapons shipments until Netanyahu agreed with his demands. Biden would have to be prepared to withstand the domestic backlash, but once he became a lame duck that shouldn't have been hard. What does he have to lose?

As a Lebanese, I have never agreed with you more than what you've been saying on this thread. Thank you for articulating it so well.

My mother is of Lebanese descent, making me half Lebanese (at least by blood if not so much culturally). So maybe you are seeing that side of me come out

Israeli forces have breached a hospital compound in northern Gaza as the United Nations warned the war’s “darkest moment” was unfolding in the north of the Strip.

After days of laying siege to the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, the Israeli military twice entered the hospital compound over the past 24 hours and opened fire at parts of the complex, the Gaza health ministry and the hospital director told CNN.

The facility is running low on supplies and is in desperate need of aid as injured people from neighboring areas pour in following Israel’s renewed offensive in northern areas, according to health authorities.

“One of the darkest moments of the Gaza conflict is unfolding in the north of the Strip,” the UN’s human rights chief Volker Turk said Friday.

“The Israeli military is effectively subjecting an entire population to bombing, siege and risk of starvation, as well as being forced to choose between mass displacement and being trapped in an active conflict zone,” he added, warning that Israel’s actions could amount to crimes against humanity.

This is the future in Lebanon.
