Honestly asking Trump voters: how can you support him after this bizarre episode?

Give me a break. Go watch Trump’s on stage interview today by Bloomberg in Chicago. He can go up on stage and joust with a hostile interviewer for an hour on economic issues. You might not like his message but this is not dementia.

He didn’t answer any of the questions about the economic issues. He just insulted the guy and spouted his regular BS pablum about how tariffs (now above 50% on every import!) will solve every issue in America.

That's easy. Because he's running against an empty suit named Kamala Harris.
I've watched all her interviews and am utterly convinced she isn't at all ready to run the country or be commander-in-chief.

and he is ready?? oh boy.

Ready? He already did it once and he was fine. And yes, we were better off then.

that was 8 years ago. he's older now.

Biden was ready four years ago. He’s no longer

Trump was president 8 years ago and we saw many people associated with him go to jail. In the meantime we saw a jury find him guilty of sexual assault. He was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business accounts to avoid paying taxes and other reasons. Hiding what was considered hush money.

And he appears to have more mental deficits that he previously had.

+1. It was hot and people were getting faint from the heat and the crowd.

Give it up, OP.

Trump is winning. Desperate threads like this only reinforce that.

How does changing the event from the planned “town hall” with a Q&A to a listening to Trump’s favorite songs session solve the problem that it was too hot and crowded?

The solutions to hot and crowded are
A) pay for air conditioning at the event, which he is too cheap to do,
or
B) finish up the Q&A part of the event and let people go home, which he is too demented and narcissistic to do.

I don't know what you're talking about, but I have been watching the Trump rallies on You Tube, both Trump and J.D. Vance. So much livelier and more enthusiastic than Kamala's

More cult like. As the leader, trump talks about himself and praises himself and the crowd cheers. It’s like a carnival with the booths selling crappy Tshirts and clown hats and the people dressed for Halloween.

Kamala was invited to a similar interview but declined. Dementia??

Economic issues? Dude was asked about Google and gave an incoherent response about the DOJ suing Virginia. He clearly has no idea what he is talking about and he clearly lost it.

Don't worry, PP. If for some reason Trump can't serve out the next four years (doubtful), we have JD Vance. He is fantastic as well.

You should have asked this when Trump started to go full Nazi on us, OP. This is "just" evidence of his progressing dementia. All Trump supporters are OK with his vitriolic level of hate against all perceived enemies, and his unquenchable thirst for punishment and retribution, regardless of whether it warranted or not.

And that's not mentally healthy at all. MAGAs are not right in the head. They must be Nazis as well, to approve so much hate and spittle.

He can rent a room at Vegas and put on whatever shows he wants. This guy is not fit to be managing a McDonald's let alone running the country.

He’s running successful businesses. He did a good job running the country once and I want him leading the country again.

I don’t know why Harris’s fans continually post these threads. It’s not like you are changing any of our minds.

What is the successful business he is running? Name one that hasn't been sued for fraud or been shut down for mismanagement.

I don’t know any successful businesses that he started himself.

I’ll name Trump’s failed businesses -

Trump University, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage Co, Trump’s Steaks, Go.Trump Travel Agency, Trump Magazine, at least six Trump casinos and high rises went bankrupt, Trump’s Charity was forced to shut down over improper muse of funds, dozens of deals failed before they started.

These MAGA people need to stop trying to justify their allegiance. The facts are out there.

That would be Trump. His tariffs are a hidden tax on Americans. His inflationary policies are another hidden tax.

Trump has a record of successfully cutting taxes. And inflation was a lot lower under Trump than Biden/Harris. Kamala wants to use your tax money to give $20,000 grants to drug dealers based on skin color.

Trump's tax cuts added 7.8 TRILLION to the national debt. More than any other President.

So no, you don't have a leg to stand on.

This is what they don’t understand. He’ll
cut taxes but he won’t spend less and that money has to come from somewhere.

Not according to liiberals who now espouse Modern Monetary Theory.

MMT just basic economics that says that in a fiat money system spending causes inflation and taxation reduces inflation and there's no importance in directly linking taxes to spending, but the two items are important concerns separately.

Democrats are desperate. Harris’ campaign is a bust. People aren’t buying what she’s selling so now they are going negative by trying to paint Trump as a dementia case.

Yet another Democrat controlling the weather to hurt Republicans! So unfair!

He was indirectly attacking the masses of incompetents at the Justice Department.

We've had Trump and his fans since 2008 when he campaigned against Obama.

They are either QAnon lunatics or liars who see him as a useful idiot the way Putin does. No one of sound mind thinks Trump has any credibility, but they have to pretend he does.

"Indirectly attacking" is a nice euphemism for Trump's rambles.
