Yes when kids are "assaulted" they do call 911 but when they know its just a fight between teenagers they don't.

It's funny...people just want to believe what they want to believe to fit the best narrative for them. No one can be wrong or open to information. I'm not sure what anyone has to gain or loose here by arguing their side they believe to be true. If you want WJ students to be part of the criminal activity, no amount of evidence will disprove what you want to believe. If you want this to be a fight and not assault, no amount proof is going to dissuade you. If you want this to be entitled rich kids getting what they deserve, no amount of proof will dissuade you. If you want this to be a school rivalry football bad athlete issue, then again, nothing anyone says with actual knowledge will change your mind.

Telling a teenage girl that it’s okay to walk towards a fight and get involved but have no culpability is the problem.

It’s normal for rich kids to not take responsibility in their part of a bad situation.

The question earlier was about changes to the Maryland juvenile laws, and there is no way of knowing yet whether the kids attacking and assaulting others were all older than 13.
