Increasing bus service is always a good idea. It really pisses me off to see all the "Car-Free Arlington" ads in the Metro but having such poor ART and WMATA bus service in much of the county. Add in the terribly time pedestrian lights in Pentagon City. Arlington could truly be car-free, but it has a ways to go.
