It’s a hit piece, plain and simple.

Or it may be that there are unexplored and unexplained facts behind Kavanaugh and his appointment (much less the sudden and unplanned Kennedy retirement)

Who paid off Kavanugh's loans?

Great questions!!

It was Martians who paid his loans, because that Kav guy seemed to attached to earthy habits like drinking beer and such.

Martians much prefer arugula dudes.

I know this may not make sense to you yet, but so be it.

Signed, Martian

His finances were addressed at the closed hearing with Senators.
You will take note that none of the Democratic Senators are questioning this. They were clearly satisfied with the answers to questions they asked.

Were his finances addresed though?

Do you have a credible citation for this?

And what about Kennedy's sudden and unexpected retirement?

There are still far too many unanswered questions and a complete lack of transparency that the American people deserve.

Transparency? Nobody cares about this nonsense you are rambling on about. It speaks volumes about your life if you are obsessed about a political issue that you have zero power to change. I mean, what are you trying to accomplish?

Someone should send some copies to his house.

Kavanaugh never was suited or qualified to be on SCOTUS lifetime appointment, who supports this utter shit?

SCOTUS has a common denominator trying to take over the US and it is not evangelical Christian.

Hey, what happened to the 17 trans turtles who claimed were abused by Kav's sister-in-law?

I don't recall him ever denied the allegation so IT MUST BE TRUE.

This is the END OF OUR COUNTRY.

This is the end of the country if Republicans win in 2024 it is over the US will die a horrific death.

As for Kavanaugh he lied he did not disclose why?
We know who paid the treason weasels debts and it was not his daddy.

I hope this was parody... Either that or you ought to pause and reflect on the authoritarian values you embrace.

+1

It would be funny if it weren’t so sad, but that PP doesn’t have a trace of self awareness.

And, if Ford lied can she be prosecuted? Because I believe that is much more likely.

Ford clearly lied. I watched her testimony and she showed all signs of lying.

Are you a forensic psychiatrist? If so I’d love to hear more. If not then you are a fool for posting this.

Cute.

No, I'm not a "forensic psychiatrist" but someone trained in a much more relevant discipline.

Ford was clearly lying. She was making things up about her lie-detector test -- it was obvious.

I’m very interested in what that relevant discipline is and what signs you saw.

Won't share the discipline but here is something that was a red flag to me and colleagues.

At some point Ford said that she had taken a lie detector test the very same day her grandma (or mother?) had died. The interviewer then interrupted to doublecheck if that was the case, because you should never take such a test in such an emotional moment, it screws the baseline and the results.

Ford realized that her previous testimony made no sense and improvised something like "Uh I'm not sure, might have been a day before or after the funeral"

Which makes even less sense. Attending your grandma's funeral is one of those moments you remember vividly, and if you took a lie detector test in some office that same day you'd remember it. And if you say it was that day you don't just make things up and then say it might have been a day before or later.

My brother died when I was 28. I went to his funeral and I do know the month but have no idea of the actual date.

You probably also think that Anita Hill lied

It's not about the actual date. You would remember if you did something else major the same day.

Exactly. Especially if it happened less than a year ago and you had spent weeks training your testimony with multiple lawyers (all helpfully provided by the Democratic Party).

Ford was an obvious fraud.

Even with her trained testimony she came off as being unhinged. She was a hot mess and had a crazed look in her eyes. Definitely not a credible witness to everyone except hard core dems.

Yes BK did come across as unhinged. Dod you see all those faces he made? Way too emotional and overly dramatic. Clearly staged. He is such a liar.

I'm going to accuse you of sexual assault. I expect you to remain calm and poised while I do so, televised in front of millions, even if you know you're innocent. Let's see how that goes.
DP

I can think of quite a few instances where similar situations happened where someone was accused, rightly, or wrongly, and did not become as unhinged over it as Kavanaugh did.

Really? Similar situation as in, was falsely accused and then had to immediately be televised while refuting said allegations? Do tell. Examples please.

Sociopaths are very good at keeping calm in situations such as this. They are practiced. Ted Bundy was able to sit on a rape hotline and discuss his own murders with a detective friend he met there.

Yes. Which is why Kavanaugh very clearly is no sociopath. He reacted the way any human being falsely accused would act. Upset.

He acted the way my ex did when I accused him of having an affair. How DARE I accuse him???

Of course, he was cheating the whole time.

Kavanaugh's anger could have been based more in "who the heck do you think you are to question ME, accuse ME, interefere in my appointment, publicly humiliate ME? And not in whether or not Ford's accusastions happened.

I remember Bill Clinton seemed pretty angry about being accused on ML. We all know how that turned out.

Yes this. I'm recalling he made some statement about-paraphrasing here-how the appointment was his, he earned it & deserved it. Yeah sure buddy. The spitting mad face said it all.

Why should they have capitulated to false accusations? No. Kavanaugh was an excellent choice and picking someone else would have suggested that he was somehow guilty of these allegations. Which he wasn't. The Democrats tried and failed to intimidate.

Kavanaugh was not an excellent choice. There are dozens and dozens of other judges who would have been excellent in his place. He was installed because he is a member of the Federalist Society.

Also, it's a bold statement to call the accusations "false" given that while they weren't definitively proven, they also weren't actually ever You lack sufficient facts to call it "false accusations." Meanwhile, tens of millions of Americans believe Ford over Kavanaugh and found her to be more credible and believable than they found Kavanaugh to be. Also, Kavanaugh's behavior, like a toddler being told it's time to leave the playground, was disgraceful, unprofessional and unbecoming - and that IS a fact.

Here are some facts for you:
You have absolutely no substantiation or proof that he sexually assaulted anyone. You simply believe he's guilty - because one woman claims it is so, 35 years after alleged events allegedly happened. It is YOU who lack sufficient facts to label anyone guilty - there is something called "innocent until proven guilty" in this country. By that standard, he is innocent. And tens of millions of Americans believe Kavanaugh over Ford and found his emotional display of fury to be utterly human, relatable, and expected. THOSE are all facts.

Not true 4000 FBI tips not looked at disagree. I seriously doubt 4000 people waited on the phone for no reason.

People who saw an opportunity to derail the Kavanaugh appointment.
Call in a tip, Senate has to delay for the FBI to investigate. You can stop any appointment with this tactic.
This movie plays a tape of one of the pics. A Clinton lawyer who claimed to have corroboration of one of the accusers because he witnessed something similar. The guy refused to appear in this movie, likely because he didn't want to further the lie once his attempt at derailment failed.

Does this movie talk about Swetnick's accusations against Kavanaugh?

There are 6,000 calls about UFOs a year. Surely, a few of these must be valid. Therefore, aliens exist.

Yep. Probably made by about 5 people total, obsessively calling. After seeing LWNJs storm the Senate during the Kavanaugh hearings, it's extremely obvious who was making those calls.
