"Justice" a new documentary on Kavanaugh

Anonymous
Ford's statement did not match what she told her therapist.
At the time she said 4 boys, and the year was different, which left her having to forget how she got home because in her new story she didn't have a driver's license yet.
She also said the boys were all currently members of high society. While he was a reporter, I don't think anyone would have called the other guy a member of high society.

She tailored her new story to match what the guy wrote in his book, so then people could point to the book as verification. He worked at Safeway!
And Ford played along, asking in her testimony if maybe there were some records you could look at to verify this, as if she didn't know.

And, if Ford lied can she be prosecuted? Because I believe that is much more likely.

Ford clearly lied. I watched her testimony and she showed all signs of lying.

Are you a forensic psychiatrist? If so I’d love to hear more. If not then you are a fool for posting this.

Cute.

No, I'm not a "forensic psychiatrist" but someone trained in a much more relevant discipline.

Ford was clearly lying. She was making things up about her lie-detector test -- it was obvious.

I’m very interested in what that relevant discipline is and what signs you saw.

Won't share the discipline but here is something that was a red flag to me and colleagues.

At some point Ford said that she had taken a lie detector test the very same day her grandma (or mother?) had died. The interviewer then interrupted to doublecheck if that was the case, because you should never take such a test in such an emotional moment, it screws the baseline and the results.

Ford realized that her previous testimony made no sense and improvised something like "Uh I'm not sure, might have been a day before or after the funeral"

Which makes even less sense. Attending your grandma's funeral is one of those moments you remember vividly, and if you took a lie detector test in some office that same day you'd remember it. And if you say it was that day you don't just make things up and then say it might have been a day before or later.

Why can’t you share the discipline?

Now do Kavanaugh.

Why in the world would she put herself through that? You are an idiot.

Kavanaugh should not be on the bench he lied fact, who paid his debts not him which means he lied on his disclosure forms. If he lied there then there is a great chance he lied about Ford.

Bottom line who paid off his house at a million $ and his credit card debt of $200,000????????

Let's try this again.

He lied on his forms, he lied and lied. He had debt major debt all of a sudden it is gone.

He needs to be removed for lying on those disclosure forms.

In case there's some colleage on dcum

In any case, it doesn't matter, just gave you an example. And again, there were many more, it was quite obvious to us what was going on. (with 99.9% probability)

It could be found out that Bretty is an active rapist, a man who kidnaps underage trafficked prostitutes and rapes and murders them and Roberts and the rest of the turkeys wouldn’t lift a finger. (For the slower amongst us, this is what’s called a “hypothetical.” I am not saying that the drunken justice has done this or would, merely pointing out that there is nothing that would get Republicans to remove a justice).

It was Ginny Thomas who leaked it. Everyone knows this.

Exactly. Bought and paid for.

We didn't watch the testimony. I found everything about her and her testimony to be compelling and I believed her.

My brother died when I was 28. I went to his funeral and I do know the month but have no idea of the actual date.

You probably also think that Anita Hill lied

A year or so after he died you'd remember. Especially after having prepared your testimony for weeks.

Why on earth would she have made up these allegations? Her life was ruined afterwards.
