And his father's presidential campaign and their allies in the government successfully suppressed the story ...

I am still bewildered that he documented his sex life with prostitutes, documented his drug addiction, etc, in full color photographs, and then took that laptop to a computer repair shop. WTH?

He had secret service protection and his fathers credit card. It is not like he had to worry that anyone was going to arrest him.

Republicans are only outraged when it's the other side doing things.

The same people rending their garments over Biden's Burisma job had absolutely zero problem with Trump giving his kids jobs in his administration that they were wholly unqualified for. Trump even got his kids security clearances that they NEVER would have qualified for if daddy Trump hadn't forced the government to issue them. Not a peep from the right about that, but a private company giving Biden a job is apparently a big deal now?

Why would the FBI investigate a private citizen with no government position possessing photos of themselves allegedly hiring sex workers and using drugs? Millions of people use drugs and hire sex workers in the US every day, and H. Biden is a private citizen no different from any of them. The FBI has zero interest in minor vice cases. That's Dover PD's (or wherever he was when he allegedly did the illegal activities) job, and clearly it's not a major priority for them, so I'm not sure why anyone cares what a private citizen does in their private life.

I can’t imagine being fully qualified on paper for a job, but being so down the rabbit hole of hard drugs, that a company would hire me because I was qualified on paper. Unless, of course, I had a very influential parent

And yet, he was in charge of reforming the civil service (didn’t happen) and peace in the Middle East (also didn’t happen), COVID response (a disaster) and the US Mexico border (he arguably made things worse), among other things. He and Ivanka earned tens of millions of dollars and directly promoted from policy proposals he developed.

Go after H Biden if you must. He’s a private citizen. But he prepared for the Senate to starting digging into the money the Kushners earned while in office, the $2B payment, and, of course, Butter Emails. If a private citizen kid is worth a congressional investigation, kids who formally served as advisors definately are.
