Starting rate for six day a week nanny schedule

These are basically the hours my sister carefully arranged with her office job when her daughter was a baby and she and her husband were splitting hours to avoid having to pay childcare (he worked afternoons and evenings). Very early hours are an asset to some families.

+1 I work 3 hours per day, six days a week because I want to be home with my kids when they are not in school. But I can WFH anytime and have tons of flexibility so I imagine OP would have to give incredible perks.

I call BS on the OP offering $1200/week. If she was serious, why not state your location and provide contact info as requested by the eager nannies who have posted?

I agree with the others who suggested hiring 2 people. I don’t think many people want to commit to giving up 6 weekend mornings every month, especially a college graduate. It’s easier to replace a weekend babysitter than a FT nanny. And this way, you’ll have an easy back up option when one is sick or on vacation.
