The PR is so obvious. Scrambling 🤣 Go shiloh!
Obvious or not-I love it and hope he moves on to have kids with a sane woman next time.
I know right? Children are as replaceable as a new pair of shoes or purse.
Not replaceable but since when is someone not allowed to grow their family as they see fit?
That's not the problem. Sending out press releases that he'll just start all over and replace the kids.
Oh well. His kids are grown or nearly grown. Why not do it again?
Who cares if they are grown. Having more kids isn't what's the problem. His childish PR response is. Shiloh obviously made the right choice.
No thinking person believes this article is from his people. lol Daily Mail is notorious for making up stuff.
You're right though. Shiloh, most likely with her mom's intervention, made her choice. Good for her.
Now it's time for Brad to move on and make choices for his future. He's already put is life on hold for, what, 10 years now? What is he supposed to do -sit in his room alone and cry about it for the next 10?
How about not putting out pr statements announcing he can have more children for one.
You have no idea where that "statement" originated. My money is on Angelina throwing some of this stuff to tabs to continue her obsessive stalking of Brad. She will never let up.
Signed, Team Jen - but a person who thinks Brad has been punished enough at this point
🤣🤣🤣🤣 This is 1000% Brad's team. It's right on par with him slighting Zahara.
Give it a rest. Nobody really cares about these Hollywood brats that much.
Brad surely didn't. Shiloh did good.
Cool. Let us know when she makes something of herself and actually does something notable other than giving the finger to her dad like all the rebellious teens before her.
Maybe her father shouldn't have been abusive
+1 Loving dads don't get drunk and hit their kids.
Actually I remember my dad getting drunk often when I was little. I also remember him whipping us when we disobeyed or were out of line. There was no sparring of the rod in our family nor in his when he was growing up. We adored our father. Our friends did as well. We knew he was a good man who loved us and did the best he could to provide for us. We miss him to this day.
BTW, many agencies investigated, mainly CPS, and concluded there was no abuse by Pitt. You probably disagree, but there’s loss all around in this situation. Nothing at all to celebrate.
PP here. I make a distinction between a father getting drunk often (not to say that's a good thing) and using corporal punishment when sober vs hitting your kids while drunk.
It’s a distinction without a difference.
As someone who works in public schools with kids who've been abused and beaten by drunk parents or parents out of it on drugs, there is often a difference.
Really? Does it sting less if you sober parent beat you? I think not.
No, not at all; however, drunk parents or those strung out on drugs often lose all awareness of what they're doing and how long and how hard they're beating, starving, and/or neglecting their kids.
But that's not what you said. You made a distinction. Abuse is abuse in the eyes of a kid.
I'm sorry if you're not getting what I'm trying to say on an anonymous board. I'm not excusing any kind of abuse ever.
You're splitting hairs, that's why it's not landing. Abuse is abuse. Whether it by physical, verbal, mental, etc.
And if it is one incidence of abuse, eight years ago, and the parent has since gotten sober and gone to therapy? And by the mother's own account was a wonderful father prior to alcoholism? What then?
What then? I'm saying abuse is abuse. Alienating kids from a parent is another form of abuse. Denying kids a relationship with a parent is beyond the pale.
It’s what she learned from her mother. She has a lot of emotional scars from her troubled childhood that she has unfortunately inflicted on her children.
After her parents marriage ended due to infidelity, Jolie purposely set out to be the other woman. It’s as if she wanted to inflict the pain her family felt on other women. She had no remorse or sympathy for Jennifer, Laura or any of the women she hurt.
And she had a mother who was so angry about her divorce that she alienated the kids from their father. Jolie is still bitter about the divorce until this day; she can’t stop talking about incidents from eight years ago. And of course she has also alienated her children from their father.
Brad, unfortunately, overlooked her many red flags and got involved with a mentally ill, damaged, unstable woman.
