I didn't know this about Taylor Swift until recently. I'm a Chiefs fan and have a cousin who is a major Swiftie and so now I've learned so much about her lol (I knew 2 of her songs before). And I love this about both of them!

I'm dying to know if Mama Kelce likes her though.

Umm sorry to break it to you but Taylor is the same age.

Middle age is at the earlier 40 but really 45-50 these days.

Travis was quite good this year. He has 3-4 seasons left. He is not leaving until 2 more Lombardis. I don’t think his production will go down much.

Once he retires he becomes a tv analyst so will still be on tv every week. He is likely to try acting.

Likely they get married and have kids.

I have zero issues with Taylor and Travis but I disagree a lot with this prediction for his future. First, I think 3-4 more seasons after this one is incredibly generous for Kelce. He's already 34. He's got two years left on his current contract and after that his best case scenario is a one year contract with a team who wants a veteran to come on and guide some younger guys, for which he will be paid substantially less than he is now being paid.

This is why he's making such a big push to raise his profile and move into entertainment now. He is fully in the transitional stage of his career and wants to capitalize as much as he can on his current popularity so that when he retires in the next couple years, he has options. He is also trying to rake in as much endorsement money as possible because after he retires, most of that endorsement money will evaporate even if he successfully transitions to broadcasting or entertainment -- those deals are built around the idea of him being a current NFL player with a championship team, not a color commentator for the late games on Fox or having a small role in the next installment of the Hangover movies.

Kelce is on the last gasps of his NFL career and knows it. He is hoping to make the leap to a big entertainment career and is obviously open to lots of options. I actually think he has somewhat limited interest in making a Tony Romo-esque move towards broadcasting. Romo is a lower key guy generally and has adjusted to that role well in part because he doesn't have a huge personality. Kelce has a big personality but I don't think he has the acting chops to pull of a real acting career. Most likely he destined for some kind of hosting gig. Like a less news-focused Michael Strahan. I think he wants to do comedy but I just don't see it.

NFL will rig the playoffs so the Chiefs can play in the Super Bowl, Taylor can cheer on Travis, and Swifties can contribute to a ratings bonanza.

She’s a billionaire for God’s sake and the MOST successful singer of her generation. She doesn’t need to beard for PR. These suggestions are ridiculous, and honestly quite sexist. She is doing what she wants and good for her. Imagine someone suggesting if Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos was bearding for PR smh

Whether these guys go the distance is one thing, but to suggest she needs PR by entering a contract relationship is absurd. If anything, she gets so much flak for her relationships she'd be better off NOT being in a relationship. She doesn't need this in any way, shape or form. She's in it because she wants to be, period.

It will be interesting to see how he picks it up after this season is over. He's got some catching up to do, in my opinion. It's been way too one-sided. I understand why, but it needs to change a bit once football is over.
