What is your favorite red/white wine that's less than $15 and available at Wegman or Harris Teeter?

Sorry, I've never been to a Wegman's or Harris Teeter, but...

Mark West Pinot Noir and Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio

They're pretty widely available so hopefully they're at your stores.

Ravenwood Vintner's Blend Zinfandel

Banrock Station Sparkling Chardonney

Whether you can get them at Harris Teeter or Wegmans, but you should be able to find them at a *wine superstore* like one of the Total Wine & More stores, Calvert Woodley or something like that.

Blackstone, about 10-12 depending on where you buy it. There are many good red wines under 15. I try to stay in the 9-12 range. I do not drink white. Total wines could help you. Safeway has the best prices on wine of any of the places I have been. Fire fly is great.
Salute.

Two Buck Chuck, Charles Shaw at Trader Joes.

It's $20 and available at Harris Teeter. Rutherford Hill has a great Chardonnay that I love. I am not a huge chardonnay fan but it is so good!

I can second the Mark West Pinot- I pay $12 at Whole Foods.

I also love the Coppola Chardonnay- I pay $12 at Costco.

I also second the Ravenswood Zinfandel--it's a great everyday wine.

I also treated myself to a set of Tiffany wineglasses (they're not bad--$25 each), which makes any glass of wine fabulous!!

Most any pinot noir.

Also a recent favorite, bought at Wegman's for under $15, an Italian dry red called Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. I tried it because, oddly enough, it was kosher for Passover, then kept buying it because it was so easy to drink.

I like the pinot grigiot from Bare Foot, sold at Trader Joe's. Surprisingly, it was also listed in the Wall Street Journal wine list recommendations about a month ago. A bottle is about $5-$6.

I don't like pinot noir. so light it does nothing for me (like chianti). I really like ravenwood zinfandel too in that price range. Also I would recommend cline zinfandel. I like zinfandel (red) and merlot and cabernet, syrahs/shiraz (which are the same grape). I haven't found a spanish wine i like. I think california is the best after trying many other countries (again in that price range). Love to hear others recommendations!
