But who cares if she dated Matty for a month, for a year, or two separate times? She’s been with Travis for several years now. If she can put the whole Matty thing behind her, why can’t some of her deranged fans.

Also, why are they more hyped for a drug addicted musician than an elite athlete? She’s got a solid track record of not being successful with other musicians.

Even though many posters clearly hate athletes, he’s proven himself to be successful in his chosen field and Taylor seems the happiest she’s been in a long time.

He wasn’t kicked out of college for being a drug addict. He was suspended from the team for marijuana usage while in New Orleans - where it was legal. He got back on the team and finished out his degree and tune in the team.

He wasn’t given an honorary bachelors degree. He earned it but never actually picked it up. It was a running joke. They then did a live podcast where the school did a pretend ceremony. It wasn’t some sanctioned, hallowed ceremony. The school reps were in on the joke.
