My mother wouldn't let us wear jeans to the Vatican back when I went as a 13 year old tourist and none of us are Catholic. Wearing weird jeans from your Ed Hardy days as the VP is crazy.

I'm so glad for this thread - didn't know anything about Favorite Daughter and now will NEVER consider anything from that brand.

BTW - does Usha know that there are clothes for petites? It would really help her if she refuses to see a tailor.

That's what I don't get. Like the blue favorite daughter dress is wholly inoffensive and might even look nice if she had the shoulders pulled up and the top adjusted a little bit.

I don't think she meets the standard for petite clothes - petite is under 5'4" and JD is like 6'2" and he doesn't loom over her that much. I think she's probably closer to 5'6", which is too tall for petites but not tall enough for most fashion brands, which for some ungodly reason design for a 6' model. I also think she's just small framed which is why she looks smaller.
