Say what you will about Melania but she dresses for diplomacy. You may not have liked a particular outfit but she put in effort to represent the people, especially for somber events.

Really? She looks completely somber and subdued at a death camp. This is appropriate- she should not wear an outfit for “diplomacy” here.

Kristi had a really beautiful face. Why did she do that to herself?

Favorite Daughter is owned by the Foster sisters, Erin and Sara Foster, who are MAGA. Usha thinks she's winking at them or some shit, idfk.

I didn't know that about Erin. I followed her on Instagram for a couple years during the pandemic, and then had to stop because her outrageous privilege and lack of awareness of it annoyed me. She converted to Judaism and is reform. In general, I don't meet many jewish people who are republican, let alone Maga. We tend to skew Democratic.

I’d never heard of these two before this thread. What a couple of worthless, vapid nepo babies. I can’t believe grown women (in their forties!) can say “like” so much and expect anyone to take them seriously.

That's an awful dress on her. Belongs on someone 100 lbs heavier. She's trim & petite and can do so much better. Is this her creepo dh's idea of proper mom attire?

Disagree on that, it would look good on someone much taller. She's fairly short and doesn't have the height to make it look good. (Look at the sleeves--she needs longer arms )

DP - I’m with PP. I think this is a weight/curviness issue not a height issue.

Agree I have a friend who is probably Usha's height but a size 12 and that style of dress looks lovely on her.

There's a happy medium between looking like a blow up doll and looking slovenly which Usha usually does.

And if you need any more proof of the fact that she's an entitled slob who thinks she's smart so she doesn't need to dress well, our Second "Lady" just represented us by wearing jeans in Notre Dame.

Well, that's BS. She wore a lovely coat over what looks like a dress and booties. You're really not very bright, yet you bizarrely rant about Usha Vance as if she's the one with a problem. Seek help.

Usha did not wear jeans, but the supposedly devout Catholic Vice President did.

They are having a private, off-duty tour. There is no reason for him not to wear jeans and they all look fine. You people are not to be taken seriously.

You just think she's exotic-looking.

DP. WTF? I agree with the PP - I also like the way she presents herself. She's not trying to prove anything to anyone, especially people like you who are desperate to tear her down.

The littlest boy is all of us lol, what a cutie.

I think Usha's dress is too casual.

She should have worn a Salvar Kaemez or Saree to meet Modi. I'm embarrassed on behalf of all Indian-Americans. Also she's part of the administration that shipped back over 100 Indian immigrants on an inhumane military flight. She's a POS.

+1 How could she not wear Indian clothes to meet the Indian Prime Minister???

Because she's an American? If the meeting was actually in India, then perhaps it would have been appropriate to wear a saree.

She is first gen, born and raised in California. She doesn't to dress to please Modi if she isn't comfortable wearing ethnic clothing. She is SLOUSA not SLOI.

Ok... your posts just get crazier and crazier. They are at a former concentration camp. She is wearing subdued colors and looks perfectly fine. Would you prefer she wear a hot pink suit and tons of makeup? JFC.

Please tell me those sleeves have wide black cuffs and that is not her shirt sleeves sticking 4" out of her coat?

The top of the lapel and the cuffs are black velvet. It's a lovely coat.

No they aren't. The cuffs are not, in fact, black velvet. They are black cotton blend knit, according to the coat's own product description: https://shopfavoritedaughter.com/products/the-city-coat-black-multi?variant=43053570162871

I defended this outtfit as fine previously but that coat is terrible. The cuffs are just awful. I’m not saying she should be pilloried for it but it’s not lovely and she should put it in the donation bin asap.
